About Anita Baker
After having her first son in 1993, Anita Baker came back to the studio to record Rhythm of Love. In the years that followed, Anita Baker was silent, embroiled in legal battles with her label and busy raising a family. When she at last moved from Electra to Atlantic, she began to work on an album that had to be scrapped due to faulty recording equipment. In 2003 she released, finally, her fist album in ten years.
